Being one of Europe’s first suppliers of fuel station automation, Schenk Systeme AG has been at the forefront of technology for over 50 years. In 2008 Scheidt & Bachmann and Schenk Systeme AG started a successful cooperation.
With the aim to expand our commitment in the Swiss market, Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH initially invested in Schenk Systeme AG as a minority shareholder in 2009. Since Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH started developing the parking business division in Switzerland in 2014, this shareholding was substantially increased.
The cooperation with Schenk Systeme AG has developed very positively for our customers as well as for our company. Today, we are the market leader in the Swiss fuel retail sector and an important parking system provider in Switzerland.
To future-proof our development of the Swiss market, on 16 March 2023 Scheidt & Bachhmann GmbH has taken over the qualified majority of Schenk Systeme AG.
This development underlines Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH’s commitment to developing innovative and modern system solutions for the Swiss market.
